Collette has many years of experience working within Family Law and is relied on by both solicitors and clients for her commitment to seeking a resolution to their case that is in the clients’ best interests.
She believes in advising clients as early as possible about the potential outcomes of their case to allow them to make the right decision for them. She is also conscientious and efficient in providing feedback to solicitors where they cannot be present at court.
Over the years she has been involved in cases ranging from straightforward child arrangements to public law proceedings involving Factitious Illness Syndrome and “shaken baby syndrome”. In financial proceedings she has dealt with debt-only cases to those where the assets exceed £1 million.
