Fountain Chambers has now signed up to the FreeBar Charter. FreeBar is an organisation which supports LGBT+ equality and inclusion across the Bar, and its Charter provides aims and commitments for organisations in implementing best practice with regards to LGBT+ inclusion.
Signing up to the Charter is part of our wider commitment to equality and diversity amongst our staff, members and pupils. When we recruit people to Chambers, we encourage and welcome applications from women, people of minority ethnic origin, people with disabilities, neurodiverse candidates, and those who are LGBT+, as well as candidates from other groups which are underrepresented in the legal sector.
