Paul Rooney defended Alan Carroll at Newcastle Crown Court, who was accused of causing Death by Careless Driving.
Following Paul’s cross examination of the police accident reconstruction expert, the Judge stopped the case stating that the Crown’s case was no longer sustainable and the jury were directed to return a verdict of Not Guilty.
