Elisha Marsay secures a community sentence for a serving Northumbria Police Officer.
The defendant pleaded guilty to travelling at 117mph on the A688 in County Durham in the early hours of the 26 August 2024.
Following Elisha’s mitigation, the defendant avoided a custodial sentence. The Judge imposed a 12-month community order and ordered 300 hours unpaid work, the lowest sentence within the category range.
