Gill Kane appearing on behalf of the children CA & CZ led by Jacqueline Thomas KC of Spire Barristers, and James White appearing on behalf of the mother MB led by Shaun Spencer KC of St John’s Buildings were instructed in the case of CA & Others (Children of Unregulated Sperm Donor) heard by Mr Justice Poole.
The case involved Mr Robert Albon, who has been named in the judgment as a “prolific” sperm donor using the pseudonym “Joe Donor”, who claims to fathered over 180 children.
